We helped Tennessee Title Services LLC., one of the most-well established title service companies in the state, re-brand their business from logo design to online presence.

Already an established name in the region, Tennessee Title needed a re-fresh to their brand. Our team worked with Tennessee Title to develop a distinctive and compelling logo that expressed their key principal, "Close with us, and close with confidence." We designed business cards and a responsive branded website featuring custom calculators.

Typography

Font selection is a key part of creating a cohesive brand strategy that will carry through every piece of collateral a new brand requires. For TN Title, we chose fonts that support their new brand and are also web-friendly.

Custom Calculators

Tennessee Title requested a custom fee calculator for their website. This was designed to be used as an internal tool as well as a resource for Realtors® who visit their website.

Tennessee Title Services, LLC has been a staple in the homeownership process in Middle Tennessee since 2008. With five offices across Middle Tennessee their professional staff is equipped with a diverse background in title, mortgage, real estate and insurance. They’re also strong supporters of the community and actively involved in local Realtor associations. It was our job to reinvent thier digital footprint and create a brand that exemplfies the idea that every client can "close with confidence."

Responsive Adaptive Design

Not every page can simply be "responsive". Some presentations of content require a unique approach for desktop vs. mobile. Carefully crafted websites need to "adapt" to the device the user is viewing from.
